1. Using the store

These terms apply to the AWorthIt website and purchases made through it. "AWorthIt", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the store; "you" refers to the person using it or placing an order. Product-specific information and conditions clearly disclosed before purchase form part of the relevant order.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at that time. Nothing here removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or place an order. A parent or guardian must make purchases on behalf of a minor.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your login credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but these terms do not automatically make you liable for activity caused by a failure for which we are legally responsible.

3. Products and availability

Check the product description, included pieces, fabric, available sizes, and care information before purchasing. Styling accessories are included only when the listing says so. Screen settings and photography can affect perceived colour; minor variations do not excuse a materially incorrect or misdescribed product.

Availability can change while an order is being processed. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the affected item and the available cancellation, refund, or alternative options. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

4. Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Review the checkout summary for the selling price, applicable discounts, shipping, taxes where shown, and final amount before confirming payment. The confirmed order total is the amount payable; any proposed change requires your agreement.

Crossed-out prices and percentage savings are comparison information, not a promise of future prices. Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiry dates, minimum purchases, or usage limits stated with the offer. A coupon applies only when accepted in the checkout summary.

If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will explain the issue and offer a corrected order for your approval or cancellation with a refund of any amount paid for an unfulfilled item.

5. Orders and payments

Check your items, quantities, sizes, address, and contact details before submitting an order. Keep your order reference and payment receipt. An automated acknowledgement or a pending payment status is not proof that payment succeeded or that a parcel has been dispatched; refer to the order and payment status separately.

Only methods enabled at checkout are available for that order. Online payments may be processed by PayU or the provider identified on the payment page. Cash on Delivery, when offered, remains subject to the delivery location and the conditions displayed at checkout.

If a payment is debited but the order remains pending or fails, contact us with the transaction and order references before retrying. Payment verification, reversals, and refunds can depend on the payment provider or bank. We will not ask for an OTP, account password, card PIN, or UPI PIN to process support requests.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery availability and charges are calculated through Shiprocket based on the delivery PIN code, parcel weight, and payment method. Shipping is charged on every order; the checkout summary shows the applicable charge before you place your order.

Our FAQs describe usual dispatch and delivery estimates. These are estimates, not unconditional guarantees: stock issues, address clarification, courier disruption, holidays, or events beyond reasonable control may cause delays. We will assist with delayed or missing parcels, and any remedies available under applicable law remain intact.

Please supply a complete address and reachable phone number. Notify us promptly of an address error; a change may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel appears damaged or contains an incorrect item, keep the packaging where practical and contact us with your order details.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Return and exchange window: the store's published FAQ offers a 7-day return and exchange policy. Contact us within seven days of delivery to request a return or size exchange and obtain the instructions for your order.

Email amrit@aworthit.com with your order number, the affected item, and the reason for the request. Photos can help resolve damage, defects, or an incorrect delivery. We will explain collection or return arrangements, any applicable charges disclosed before purchase, and available exchange or refund options. Please do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.

For a change-of-mind or fit return, keep the item in its original condition with tags and packaging where possible while your request is reviewed. These handling requests do not remove statutory remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods. Any product-specific exclusion must be clearly disclosed before purchase and comply with applicable law.

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Cancellation may not be operationally possible after dispatch, in which case we will explain the applicable return options. Exchanges depend on stock; if the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss a suitable alternative or refund where eligible.

For an approved refund, we will confirm the refundable amount and processing arrangements. Online-payment refunds normally go to the original payment method; for Cash on Delivery orders, an appropriate refund method must be agreed securely. Bank processing times vary. These terms do not extend any legally required refund deadline.

8. Acceptable use and content

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful transactions, unauthorised access, malicious code, or interference with other users. Do not impersonate someone else, submit false order information, or misuse promotions.

Website branding, photographs, text, and other materials belong to AWorthIt or their respective owners. You may view and use them for personal shopping; copying or commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. Feedback or photos you send must be yours to share and should not expose another person's private information without authorisation.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse or legal obligations. Such restrictions do not remove obligations relating to existing orders, refunds, or statutory consumer rights.

9. Privacy and external services

See our Privacy Policy for information about accounts, order data, browser storage, service providers, and privacy requests. External payment and social-media services operate under their own terms. Review those terms when using them; a link does not make AWorthIt responsible for every aspect of a third-party service.

10. Responsibility and consumer rights

We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations and providing remedies required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or are caused solely by your misuse of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory rights relating to product quality, refunds, delivery, or consumer protection. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful.

11. Questions and disputes

For an order issue or complaint, email amrit@aworthit.com with your order reference, a description of the issue, and the outcome you are requesting. Retain relevant receipts and correspondence so we can investigate.

These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. We encourage direct resolution first, but you retain the right to approach a competent consumer commission, court, or other authority. This clause does not impose an exclusive forum or compulsory arbitration that takes away statutory rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms for future use and orders. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree to it.
